By Initiating a Commission, both client and artist agree to everything listed below.
Artist's Terms and Conditions
➤ ALL Clients must be 18+ to commission.
➤ Once work has started, I agree to supply ample WIP images throughout and touch base with clients before each step.
➤ Updates can be slow at times. Therefore I agree to keep clients in the loop should there be any delay.
➤ Please allow me 3 days to respond to any inquiries.
➤ I reserve the right to CANCEL any commission at my own discretion. In which case, I will refund commissions FULLY with or without work completed so far.
➤ NOTE: By Agreeing to these terms, the client understands that this artist is clinically diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, and PCOS. Should any delays be caused by these circumstances, the artist will inform clients ASAP.
➤ For these reasons unfortunately, I do not accept hard deadlines, especially on short notice. If it's far enough out, then it's negotiable.
Payment Policy
➤ ALL Commissions UNDER $100 USD are due in FULL before work begins.
➤Commissions $100 USD or OVER can be paid in 2 payments:
- 1st payment must be $25 MINIMUM and is refundable until time of initial sketch completion. After sketch completion $25 becomes NON-REFUNDABLE and the rest is due before work continues.
➤ALL commissions $100 or over are also paid via invoice (Through Paypal) and require a signature.
➤Payments accepted via Paypal and Square. Ask about alternate methods.
Refund Policy
➤ ALL payments are fully refundable until sketch completion. Afterwards 25% (up to $25 USD) + the cost of any additional work completed (up to 75%) becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
➤ Along with processed partial refunds, the buyer will still receive the sketch file.
➤ Please allow me 5 business days send your refund.
➤ ALL chargebacks will be blacklisted.
